Basic

1-hour private prenatal baby basics course virtual or in person, and two/6-hour follow up Postpartum visit when baby arrives!

Postpartum support includes - feeding, changing/diapering, bathing, soothing, breastfeeding and bottle feeding education as well as pump usage and milk storage, sibling care, helping assist involvement of partner and siblings, communication and support for mom via text, call, or email, meal preparation, light housekeeping, organize nursery, run errands, specialized care for multiple babies, support for moms suffering from postpartum depression and anxiety, providing community resources and referrals as necessary.

Intermediate

Free virtual initial consultation

1-hour in person baby basics course that covers baby cues, diaper changing, breastfeeding basics, nail care, swaddling and much more.

Six/6-hour Postpartum visits within the first 13 weeks after birth.

Postpartum Care:

$40-45hr, minimum of 3 hours per visit

Free in-person or virtual consultation

Non-medical professional who assists with mom, baby, and, family after birth
