My Packages

Basic Package

$400

1-hour private prenatal baby basics course virtual or in person, and two/6-hour follow up Postpartum visit when baby arrives!

Intermediate Package

$1440

Free virtual initial consultation

1-hour in person baby basics course that covers baby cues, diaper changing, breastfeeding basics, nail care, swaddling and much more.

Six/6-hour Postpartum visits within the first 13 weeks after birth.

Advanced Package

Postpartum Care:

$40-45hr, minimum of 3 hours per visit

Being a new parent can be tough. Having a 2nd or 3rd baby can also be tough. Each time we grow just a little bit more and sometimes that growth can be difficult. Let me help you through some of early and challenging days. You do not have to take this journey on alone and you most certainly don’t have to suffer!

My name is Lauren Newman, and I am a certified Postpartum Doula. I received my certification through DONA International. I previously practiced Occupational Therapy but felt the deep pull to transition to a Doula. I have two little boys of my own and have gone through the many phases of postpartum life. Through my experiences I wanted to support women, babies, and families through the many growing pains that come with raising a baby. You don’t have to do it alone!”
